This policy explains how DreamVista Group LLC ("DreamVista.ai", "we", "us"), based in Buffalo, New York, handles information about people who visit dreamvista.ai, contact us, or use our chat, phone and text services.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, business name, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in a form, chat or text.
• Booking details when you schedule a call: the time you pick and the answers you give.
• Calls and chats: our AI assistant (Luna) may handle chats and calls. Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up and improve our service.
• Basic usage data: the page you came from and the pages you visit, plus the technical details any website receives (such as browser type and IP address).

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and send the information you asked for.
• To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
• To send texts or emails about your request. We only send marketing texts if you've agreed to receive them.
• To keep our site and systems secure and working.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text consent and phone numbers are only shared with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and CRM (Cloudflare), our booking, chat, calling and texting platform (GoHighLevel), phone and text carriers, and our email provider (Google). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in touch or working together, and as long as we need it for records the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
